1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the zc998 platform constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on zc998 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. zc998 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the originating payment method after identity verification.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not under a self-exclusion order or voluntary cooling-off period at zc998 or any other gaming platform.
• You have not previously had a zc998 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) zc998 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time PINs — strictly confidential. zc998 will never ask you to disclose your password by any means, including email, telephone, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify zc998 immediately at [email protected].

Account security measures available to all zc998 players include:

• Active session management — view and terminate concurrent sessions from account settings
• Password reset via registered mobile number
• Account lock on repeated failed login attempts

zc998 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits

All deposits on zc998 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum single deposit amount is 500 PKR. zc998 supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• Meezan Bank (bank transfer)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• HBL (bank transfer)
• UBL (bank transfer)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your zc998 wallet within seconds. Bank transfers via Meezan Bank, HBL, or UBL may take several minutes to process during standard banking hours. zc998 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zc998 accepts no responsibility.

zc998 only accepts deposits originating from payment methods registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder will not be accepted and will be returned.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from their zc998 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. Cross-method withdrawals are not permitted.
• Where a bonus has been credited to the account, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed in full before the bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
• zc998 may request identity and payment method verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined until verification is complete.
• zc998 reserves the right to apply a withdrawal processing time of up to 72 hours during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

In the event that a player's account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. zc998 will communicate the outcome of any such investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the zc998 platform — including Jackpot Slots, Keno, Cockfighting, and Live Casino tables — operate according to the individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules before wagering.

zc998 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable game categories. Live Casino and Cockfighting games are broadcast in real time from verified venues and studios. zc998 does not manipulate game outcomes and takes the integrity of its gaming offering seriously.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, power failure, or software error — zc998's decision regarding the outcome of any affected round shall be final and binding. Where technically feasible, zc998 will restore the player's wager in the event of a verified malfunction. No game result can be considered valid if it was generated under technically abnormal conditions.

zc998 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed or settled in error, or as a result of a pricing or odds error on the platform. Players will be notified of any void wager and the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

zc998 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

General bonus conditions applicable to all zc998 promotions include:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement of x30, for example, means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Validity periods: Bonuses expire if not used within the period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Jackpot Slots typically contribute 100%; other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: Where a bonus is active, the maximum single wager is 2,000 PKR unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Wagers exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One account per household / device: Bonus offers are limited to one per player, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all such accounts being closed.

8. Responsible Gaming

zc998 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Pakistan. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR to manage your spending.
• Session reminders: Receive notifications at regular intervals during gaming sessions.
• Reality checks: Enable pop-up reminders showing your net session result at intervals you define.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account with a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or indefinite are available. During self-exclusion, zc998 will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the platform.

All responsible gaming requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively rather than reactively.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zc998 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on the platform
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to generate winnings
• Systematic abuse of bonus and promotional offers
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zc998 staff members

Where prohibited conduct is detected, zc998 may, at its sole discretion: void all wagers placed during the affected period; forfeit any balances or bonuses remaining in the account; permanently close the account; and report the matter to relevant financial crime authorities in Pakistan.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the zc998 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of zc998 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any zc998 intellectual property without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zc998 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of zc998 content or branding.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc998 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform
• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues outside of zc998's reasonable control
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Meezan Bank, HBL, UBL, or SadaPay) in relation to your transactions
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the zc998 platform

zc998's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

zc998 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the zc998 Privacy Policy, which is available at zc998.pro/privacy-policy. By creating an account on zc998 you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by zc998 is used for account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. zc998 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zc998 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective from the date indicated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the zc998 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming and electronic commerce. In the event of a dispute between you and zc998, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek a resolution informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial notification, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution. zc998's decisions on matters of game integrity, account verification, and bonus eligibility are final and binding absent clear evidence of administrative error.
